Terms and Conditions
- Aerial courses need to be paid for in full before the start of term
- First come first served basis
- Maximum number of 8 participants except under express permission from Circus Passion
- Minimum age 8 except under express permission from Circus Passion
- No refunds will be given for missed classes
- For major illness / injury, 50% of remaining classes in the course may be refunded at the express permission of Circus Passion
- A registration form will be completed prior to course enrolment
Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to arrive promptly for the start of class to minimize disruption
- Clothing needs to be tight-fitting, with long-sleeves and long legs to protect the skin
- A water bottle should be brought for fluid intake during class
- Snacks need to be NUT FREE to protect students who may have allergies
- Students are expected to be focused and enthusiastic during class
- A polite, kind and encouraging attitude is expected toward other students
Health and Safety
- Students will complete a medical form prior to course enrolment
- It is student’s responsibility (or parent/guardian’s responsibility) to update this form should any changes occur, and to let Katy Kartwheel know prior to a class any recent physical or mental ailments that may affect their normal level of participation. This includes life stress and pulled muscles
Social Media
- Class Whatsapp groups are set up for students with the permission of parents/guardians as an information sharing and motivational tool.
- No photos of students are posted onto social media (whether whatsapp, facebook or otherwise) without the express permission from their parent / guardian which is a tick box provided on the registration form
Circus Workshops, Circus Parties and Professional Circus Performance
Terms and Conditions
- A £50 deposit is taken for bookings under £500, a £100 deposit is taken for bookings over £500.
- If the date must be moved the deposit may be held and used at a future date under the express permission of Circus Passion
- A deposit refund will only be issued if cancellation has occurred from the side of Circus Passion or if cancellation occurs 14 days prior to the event taking place, providing significant work has not been undertaken to prepare for the job.
- By booking with Circus Passion you are expected to adhere to the details agreed during the booking process (i.e. timings, price, workshop structure, number of participants).
- The client is expected to have a suitable wet weather plan in place
- It is the client’s responsibility to make Circus Passion aware if any participants suffer from physical or mental health ailments that will impact their participation in the activity.
